No. If I had any history that gave me a clue why this doesn't work, I wouldn't ask the question. I had to resort to using a credit card, which PayPal charges extra for. This is the second time I've had to resort to the more expensive option, and I'd just like to know why. PayPal does not provide any explanation that applies.
