How long does it take to release a payment authorization and get the money back into the bank account?
I'm waiting to get my frozen money back. Twice I've tried to pay with PayPal on an online shopping website, but the payment hasn't gone through and the order hasn't been confirmed. However, the money is blocked on my bank account with the heading "in payment authorization". When can I have the money released?
