Hi all! I recently tried to process a UPS collection and delivery to the US. However, when paying for the service, it bounced me back to the UPS page and said: "UPS internal security measures prevent the processing of this shipment. If you believe you have received this message in error, contact UPS on[Removed. Phone #s not permitted](UPS: 81291).
Now of course I tried calling that number, the helpdesk and support line and also emailed the fraud dept who directed me back here! I've tried to file a dispute here in the Resolution Centre, but it says it cannot continue as the payment is a temporary authorisation. You'll have to wait until the order is completed".
So, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place with 4 pending transactions of $150 - doesn't help that I just lost my job, so having these amounts in the air is causing so much anxiety.
Can someone tell me if they've been through this? Or if the pending transactions will cease after so many days? Any help would be appreciated!
