Unable to withdraw money to linked debit card

Hi all, I successfully linked my debit card and confirm it but when I withdraw money to debit card using standard method, does not appear my card, How to resolve this issue Thank you

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

Are the funds in the correct currency?

Does the billing address of your card match your paypal account address?
