Unable to redeem a payment sent from ( Cint via Tremendous ) .. Please advise

Hi,

I'm unable to redeem a payment sent from ( Cint via Tremendous ) .. so I contacted Tremendous Support and they advised me to contact PayPal Support as below

" PayPal is returning these payments to us every time we try to send them to your account. Tremendous automatically reattempts the transfer, but the funds have been returned to us each time we've done so. I recommend getting in touch with PayPal to learn more about why this is happening."

Try actually reading my posts.

You need to add a CREDIT VISA CARD to your paypal account to be able to RECEIVE paypal payments and allow the auto withdrawal of funds to that CREDIT VISA CARD.

I am from Albania and i want to confirm the paypal for receiving the rewards and it is possible with debit master card ? And how to activate the auto withdrawal it bank master card? how much time does the return of card confirmation of paypal (1.95) delays?

yes but credit card is diffrent fom debit card and since I have registered to paypal with debit card yet I am not able to receive my payment even from confirmation of bank and debit master card. what is auto withdrawal and how I can activate it ? it gives my this error :
