Unable to redeem a payment sent from ( Cint via Tremendous ) .. Please advise

Hi,

I'm unable to redeem a payment sent from ( Cint via Tremendous ) .. so I contacted Tremendous Support and they advised me to contact PayPal Support as below

PayPal is returning these payments to us every time we try to send them to your account. Tremendous automatically reattempts the transfer, but the funds have been returned to us each time we've done so. I recommend getting in touch with PayPal to learn more about why this is happening."

Then in your country you have to add a credit visa card and confirm it to be able to receive funds and allow the auto-withdrawal of those funds to that card.

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

@kernowlass  Thank you very much for your help it got resolved and the payment has been received to my PayPal account.

 " allow the auto-withdrawal " wasn't On

@kernowlass  Also please note that my issue is that  I'm unable to redeem a reward payment to my PayPal account as mentioned in the details above. means the payment is not coming to my PayPal account from the beginning ..
