I am trying to transfer money from my PayPal account to my Malaysia account but i cannot find the "Transfer money" button. I even read on other sites that i am supposed to see "Instant transfer", and "Standard Transfer", but i have not seen any "Transfer" button at all. Is this feature available in Malaysia? I have a Business PayPal account and a personal account. Both don't have this feature.
N.B- I don't have money in the account yet. Is this a possible reason? At least i am supposed to see the buttons. I don't want to get my money in, then i won't be able to get it out. I welcome your assistance on this issue. Thank you
