Transactions and hold payments

So I requested money from my original paypal account let’s call it account(1), I requested the money from another email that I also own, but I don’t have a paypal account on it ,so after I sent the money, the money was on hold on my original account(1) and it says after 21 days I will receive it. So I made an account for the email I sent the money from so its account (2) now, but when I’ve done that, it didn’t show and transactions on account (2) and I confirmed my email and everything and still no anything appears, even if I send messages and contact with account (2) from account (1) nothing appears. So what’s the problem and how to solve that, I need the money so fast. i am new to paypal and it’s real becoming annoying experience for now. And by the way horrible help center.

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited. 

Secondly you didn't need to open a second account as you can have up to 8 email addresses on the x1 paypal account.

Lastly when you opened the account did you confirm your email address. Also how can you request money from an email address that is not linked to a paypal account?

So I told you I am new to paypal I requested from my first account money from an email that is not linked to any paypal account, and they completed the process and I received the money on my first account but it’s in hold. So for that I made the second account for the email after I received the money on my first account. And I don’t know what I am supposed to do now.

I understand your concern about your funds on hold in your PayPal account. Don't worry. The money still belongs to you. When you receive a goods & services payment, the funds will be held by our standard 21 days hold. If you've already made the payment to your first account, the money will be available in your first account balance. Even though you have created a new account with the sent email address, the money will not be transferred to your second account. After your payment to your first account, if you have processed any other payments to your second account, you will notified the details of the payment via email and the same will reflect in the activity page of your PayPal account.
