Hello, I am an active merchant on PayPal and I have had a business account for 3 years. My account has no restrictions. However, there is a transaction that has been pending for more than 35 days. Whenever I try to correspond with PayPal, I receive a message that all agents are not present.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Hello again, I messaged them through the message center and at all times, morning and evening, and I always get a message (support agents are not available)
Please, if there is an email, write it to me and I will try to communicate with them through Facebook and Twitter as you advised me.

If there was an email don't you think I would have put it in the list?
You don't need an email for Facebook or Twitter you just go to the paypal page on either and click on private message.
