Transaction Received yet not the funds

Hello, A friend sent me money throughout a paypal transaction. I got the notification and the email saying that I received the funds but when I checked my balance, I had not received the funds. We tested once again by sending 1 euros (again, from him to my account) and I still got the 2 notifications (via mail and notification) and not that 1 euro. Can anyone help me to understand why I didn't receive the funds yet have the transaction in my transactions history (and obviously know that it is not a scam) ?

i have the same problem, as the call center answered it is technical issue and must be recovered till 25/10/2024

Same here. Can't even get through to customer service and the AI help bot stopped working. Absolutely livid because these were some important funds needed ASAP. Paypal has become a terrible joke

I had a transaction posted at 8:30am CST and its now 10am CST and still not in my available balance. This is affecting a business transaction and it is quite frustrating. Anyone have any luck yet?

I am having the same issue. Two transactions both in USD. Different senders. States money is received, but the balance has not updated.

Same for me and when I call iinto Paypal I get a weird google message and it hangs up, no one is answering.  chat.

I transferred funds a few hours ago and saw I had another small transaction that's cleared but not showing in my balance.
