I see you're looking to get refund for a recent payment. If the status of the payment is completed, it means the money has already reached the recipient account. To get refund, you have to contact the receiver. You can see the receiver details in the activity page of your PayPal account. If the payment is sent as a Goods & services payment and receiver is not responding for the refund, you can dispute the payment in the resolution center of your PayPal account.
