The money was hold 21 days or 51 days?

Anyone help me I have 119$ in my account and all of that was hold, do I need to wait for 21 days or maybe finish the remaining left $81? And also it said 51 days no disputes? How can I released it earlier if it said 51 days no disputes? Instead of 21 days what? Help please

You may find the 51 days left is the total time so that any funds will be no longer be held ie the hold policy will end.
