Hi, I'm new on the forum, although I've been using PayPal for 13 years. I've never had a problem with PayPal, but my last 4 withdrawals from my PayPal account didn't go to my bank account. Although I received confirmation from PayPal that the payment went through. The oldest withdraw was on October 11, i.e. 14 days ago. I called to the bank and they assured me that the problem must be on the side of PayPal or the payment gateway. I tried to solve it on PayPal through the "resolution center", but there they wrote to me without any explanation that it was not an unauthorized transaction and that the case is closed... I have no idea what to do. The money disappeared from my PayPal account but didn't reach my to bank account...

Wow! I have exactly the same problem. On 16 October, I tried to withdraw money from PayPal to my bank account. According to PayPal, the withdrawal was completed on 18 October. But I have not received any money to my bank account. My bank (KB) says they have not recorded any attempt for incoming/receiving any such sum. I immediately contacted PayPal via the chat bot and after a couple of hours some Eleni replied that she would request tracking of the sum. And since then no more communication despite I try to contact them again.
I have never had similar problems with PayPal, I have been withdrawing money this way regularly every month for many years.
Any suggestions what to do next?

Hi all, thanks for replies. I would like to ask moderator to move back discussion to RIGHT place. It has nothing to do with fraud or hack. We all did LEGAL withdraw to stored bank account on paypal profile. And we did it fully aware. Money from withdrawal just ended somewhere in Ppal GW blackhole. I allways , before withdraw, checking bank account number (yes , i can see only last 3 digits). The command for SEPA payment, is generated on PAYPAL server, not our local computers, so definetly, it has nothing to do with our security, or hacking our computer. And it will be warning message for others. Thank you.

I have the same problem, I'm also from the Czech Republic. My last withdrawal is marked as "Complete" since Oct. 09 but nothing in my bank account still, normally I receive the funds within 1 business day. I have been withdrawing from my Paypal account to my bank for many years and this never happened. Paypal support isn't helpful, they aren't able to provide any evidence about the transaction that I would show to my bank. There must be some issue that needs to be investigated and solved by Paypal.

Im, now on the same level as Jan, provided bank statement from october. BTW i do have KB. What bank are you using ? May be its a problem only with one bank.. ???

They never asked for bank statement, they opened a trace on my withdrawal on October 17, it was supposed to take 3-5 business days but no update still, they just say there is no response from my bank so it's kinda useless.

First paypal representative on message center told me, that paypal had a problem with withdrawal on october, so im pretty sure, that they know about problems... And i dont know, why they need cooperation with our bank. Bank without knowing ref. nr. cannot review anything. If they have SEPA trace number, they must know, where money are... The question is, if they can see this tracking number. Because another representative promised me to send it to share with my bank, but i still dont have..
Because they send me a quite lot of money into blackhole , Im starting be little bit upset. Trying to solve it also with my bank, how to process next future steps...

Exactly, I hope PayPal refunds the money and takes appropriate steps to prevent this from happening again. I am currently losing faith in this service
