I have had a bad experience with Kogan Marketplace and want to ensure they cannot charge and send me more products. How do I effectively ban a vendor from charging me through my Paypal account?

Hi @bilnrobn
Thank you for making a Post.
I see you're not happy with a particular merchant and would like to stop any upcoming payments with them. No need to worry, a merchant cannot directly charge you without your authorization. However, check if you have any active subscription or billing agreement set up with them and cancel it so that you do not get charged again. Make sure to cancel the subscription from the merchant end as well on their website.
If any payments are taken out of your PayPal account without your authorization, you can always report them in the Resolution center.
I hope this helps.
regards,
Punith

Thank you, that got me to the right area. The company concerned is in the inactive list. I can't see how to cancel them altogether. There are other payees there I pay on a monthly basis and they are in the Inactive list to, so I assume people in that list can still charge me without my input. Can I have selected payees removed from my listings altogether? I couldn't find a 'Cancel' button that the instructions tell me to press.
