I’ve been trying to stop the monthly automatic payment to Nymbus LLC and have been unable to. Has anyone had similar issues and found a resolution

I called and firmly insisted on a refund. Had to request a supervisor as the first guy just kept repeating a script. Same guy came back on and gave me the refund and cancelled the supposed "subscription" (that I had never consented to).

i have the same exact issue. they say it's merchandise but I don't receive anything on a monthly basis. I have no idea what it is.

Were you able to stop the payments to Nymbus LLC? I emailed them to complain that I don't know who or what they are and to demand a refund since they've been charging me through PayPal monthly for 10 months which adds up to $347.10. They infomed me that when I purchased a pair of tights (from an ad for indestructible tights) that is when I "signed up" for a VIP membership. I don't even know what a VIP membership is. I will never buy a gimmicky thing like that again, I had no idea that they'd sign me up for a membership that I didn't want and wasn't even aware of. They offered me a 50% refund for the charges.. but I think it's only right that I get a full refund. I responded saying I want a full refund and will certainly report them to the BBB, waiting for a reply...

I had an issue with these people after ordering a mascara from Lashcosmetics and a bra from another company. It appears when we place an order we are signing up for a VIP package which we don't opt into and there is no box to tick to opt out. It was only when I was charged more than I thought that I checked on Paypal. Nymbus had set up a recurring subscription. I got in touch with both companies, Lashcosmetics and the bra people (sorry, can't recall the name) and they both refunded the additional funds. If you have ordered via Paypal go into your activity log and if there are any recurring transactions you can stop them there. Hope that helps!

I'm having trouble with Nymbus LLC as well after ordering Browpro, which is junk and I asked for a full refund and they keep asking me if I want a discount and to continue to receive their product, and I said no. Why would PayPal do business with someone who's obviously shady, it hurts their reputation as well?
