Automatic transactions after buying a product from Nymbus LLC

I bought a pair of indestructable tights in February, which tore on the first day I wore them. Filed a complaint, but they were sorry that the product dit not meet my requirements. No compensation was given, whatsoever.

Since then, they automatically deducted about 34 euros a month from my account. I have sent an e-mail, but they replied that the ticket was closed. Now I just cancelled the automatic payment within Paypal and sent them another e-mail to (again) cancel any subscription I may have entered into (of which I wasn't aware).
