I’ve been trying to stop the monthly automatic payment to Nymbus LLC and have been unable to. Has anyone had similar issues and found a resolution

I came across a total of 5 payments to Nymbus on my PayPal account. I Called Nymbus to find out they handle different payments for different “businesses”. I had purchased one mascara one time and of course, they said I signed up for a membership.$33. 69 a month.
Need less to say, I was **bleep**! I bought one mascara , ONE time to try it. I demanded my money back and a cancellation. They offered 50% off the last month’s membership fee. I laughed! So I had to resort to a threat. I told them to refund all money, except for the amount I paid for the mascara or I would file a dispute with PayPal. Then I would get on the BBB and give Nymbus, with their telephone number, their email and her name the worst review they have ever read, along with listing their name as a SCAM on every website I could find.
I was refunded what I asked for with a cancellation. This all took place over a 30 minute phone call to them.
I never have had to do that before, but it’s MY money, I earned it and I’ll be damned if I am going to let people steal from me.
Call them, demand your money back and don’t back down. That’s YOUR money!
We can’t share telephone numbers or emails on here. I tried. If it’s on your PayPal, go to where you would file a dispute and then there is an option to contact them. They have a telephone number and email.

It takes threats to get them to give you a refund. I threated to get the BBB involved, and my refund came through lightning fast! 😉

I agree. Same for me: I purchased IndestructibleTights on 05 July 2024, then on 01 September 2024 I noticed a charge of USD$37.41 to PayPal from "NYMBUS LLC". I have gone back and reviewed my order, and it shows the tights, and then another line: "VIP Customer Benefits - FREE". A further review shows I was also charged the same amount on 01 August 2024, which had gone unnoticed.
I have emailed them and are requesting a refund of the VIP Customer Benefits charge, and to cancel the "subscription".
They've replied with this: "I just looked your order up, and it shows that you took advantage of being a VIP customer which saved you money because your first month is FREE. Your subscription also includes a 10% discount!
Let me explain more of what you are receiving as a VIP customer. You actually get access to some of the HOTTEST free products that we sell. Because our customers are buying thousands of units a day we are able to offer our VIP customers massive discounts on products.
You can check the free products available at: [website removed]
After your first month, your monthly subscription is $34.76 but you'll be able to enjoy the benefits of getting up 10 items per month in the VIP store by only paying the cost of shipping. Imagine how much money you can save from there? If for some reason you aren't interested in remaining a VIP customer, I can cancel that for you today."
So Yes, I'm cancelling, and demanding a refund. And I'll never do business with them again - [Removed]!!

I'm in the same boat with 10 months of charges for the "VIP membership" have you had any luck getting refund? They offered me a 50% refund, but I replied requesting a full refund since clearly this is a scam.
