Reoccurring transactions from Nymbus LLC

I’ve been trying to stop the monthly automatic payment to Nymbus LLC and have been unable to. Has anyone had similar issues and found a resolution

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I just now noticed they have been charmed for months too and I have looked at every subscription I have which isn’t many and it doesn’t belong to any of them and I tried googling them to see who they even are and I got two answers… a banking company and a medical sales company…. Neither of which I have ever used.. I did find on a receipt paypal sent me in Jan 24 that there was an email [removed]. I sent the And the email to the address [removed] to not only stop any subscription or any other reason they would be charging my PayPal acct and to send me proof of any authorized transaction with my signature where I agree to a purchase with them.

Did you find a solution? i am in the same situation, I don't even find anyone under nymbus lc and can not find anyapp related to it to cancel on my phone either.

There should be a number to call in the information of the company that's charging you. I had ordered something last December and have been getting recurring charges randomly since then. I just called and the girl on the phone told me that I was automatically enrolled in some "vip membership" because I paid for the order I made, and she was able to cancel it for me.

For me it was Lash Cosmetics.. I bought it for $17.99. Then I notice on my PayPal another charge of $31.63. I called this [Removed. Phone #s not permitted].. They said I checked the box for VIP. I said no, just refund my money, I only ordered the mascara. They will continue to tell you more about VIP and or offer you 50% off. I said, no, cancel any subscription you think I agreed to, which I did not and give me my full refund. They agreed to give full refund on 3-5 days on PayPal. We'll see as it just happened today, Oct 7, 2024. Hope this helps.

Thank u! Yes this was me 2. Last time I buy mascara online. Never would have guessed an online banking company (when I googled nymbus LLC) had anything to do with 1 think of mascara. I called the # & canceled immediately.

 I have looked to block but do not have a "manage pre-approved"...I do not want to pay. I want to block this payment.
