Dear PayPal,
This is regarding my PayPal transaction id 3CX72731PH1185144 dated 03-June-2024, amounting $30.64 USD (MYR150). This email is also copied to the receiver for their reference and cooperation to confirm/verify this request.

I was supposed to transfer funds to [Removed] but it seems the receiver cannot accept funds transfer for Goods and Services.
I didn't realize that the Goods and Services was selected automatically and I also cannot change it.
Since the receiver cannot accept the funds, I've requested a refund by making a report of an unauthorized transaction. I need the amount back so that I can transfer funds under Friends and Family option.
Sadly, PayPal replied and said the refund will be up to 90 days. This is really unacceptable. I need the amount back immediately as soon as possible, so that I can send again to the receiver by choosing Friends and Family. If in any case that option is not available, I will find some other solution to make the transfer, but I need that amount to be refunded into my account immediately.
As for now I'm getting confused and do not know which one I should choose to get this refund immediately.
Kindly expedite this refund as the transaction will not succeed since the receiver is not accepting funds in the name of Goods and Services.
