Refund

Refund was sent to paypal who sent the refund to a closed bank of america card.
Bank of america say's "Your account is no longer active, we cannot receive funds for a closed card"
Paypal states "The money is with the bank, call them and get it"
I'm going through circles to get a refund which was already sent back to paypal.
Where is my money? When is paypal going to fix this? I've been given the run around for the past 2 weeks.
Can anyone help me ?

Paypal automatically sends any refunds back to the funding source you originally used, so if you used a card to fund your payment then it would be refunded back to that card.

As paypal have done that then any recovery of the refund is between you and your card issuer.
