I processed a payment via Virtual Credit Card and usually they are valid for just 7 to 10 days. Now after 1 month of purchase ebay has refunded the amount because of non-delivery and returned back the payment to VCC. I am not sure where this money will go because this has not came to my paypal account. thanks
The refund goes back to the card. Could take up to a week or 30 days for card issuer to post the refund. Check with the VCC on what happens to refunds on an expired card.
