Hello, i am issuing a problem while trying to transfer money to my revoult account via my virtual credit card, i have linked card successfully and after trying to withdraw i got a problem saying "Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank." I have been trying for days still doesnt work.

Paypal normally do not support virtual / digital banks or cards, you can sometimes add them but they may well not work correctly.
