Recieving Money with a Domestic bank account (India)

Hey I successfully linked my domestic bank account (Karur vysya Bank) to my Paypal account. I have a personal account and I want to recieve money from foreign countries. Am I able to recieve money? And Am I able to withdraw them? Please help me with sufficient details
