Receive money from China

Hello. I've created a new account. On this account the chinese partner sent me money. But PayPal have sent this money back to China. I don't unterstand why, where can be a issue? Thanks in advance

If a payment has been returned by PayPal without a dispute or chargeback being opened, it may be due to some kind of review of the transaction by PayPal.
