Welcome! Thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear there's been some confusion looking for the receipt of a recent transaction. Normally, PayPal will sound a confirmation of a payment sent to your email address. If the merchant sends you a separate receipt to your mobile phone or email, you may want to reach out to them to see where it was sent to.
