Can't link my debit card.

I can't link my debit card, it keeps showing me the message ''your card is declined try a different payment method.

My card is a brand new card and already activated and working properly.

Paypal does not accept all cards so if you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.

@ahmed717, I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues adding a card to your PayPal account. You may run into road-blocks when trying to add a virtual or pre-paid card. Virtual cards are normally issued online and do not come with a physical card. I believe that's what kernowlass was referencing. If it is a physical non-prepaid card, I'd recommend trying the troubleshooting tips in the following Help Center article for assistance: Why can’t I link my credit or debit card to my PayPal account?
