Hello guys m opening my paypal account after 2 years m operating this account just to make an donation to a friend overseas, i have linked my new bank account and card details and asked my friend to send a request for a payment but upon clicking on pay i m getting an message ("Lets try that again, Theres a problem with the info you entered please check it again")
