My Withdrawal request from peopleperhour to paypal was rejected by Paypal (Reason: REGULATORY_BLOCKED
How to solve this rejection ?

To receive funds in your country you have to confirm your email address + add a visa credit card allowing the auto withdrawal of funds from your balance.
