My Egyptian account is new and someone was sending me money this month. but it kept telling them "sorry, this payment can't be completed due to regulations" , this also happened to another Egyptian friend of mine who made a PayPal account lately. However our friends who has fairly old accounts from last year receive money with no problems. Is PayPal new accounts in Egypt have problems receiving money? if so when will it get solved?
To receive funds in your country you have to confirm your email address + add a visa credit card to your paypal account to allow for the auto withdrawal of funds from your paypal balance on receipt of those funds.
