RECEIVE MONEY

I was very happy to get paypal money on my birthday. It is a day that is no biggie but my significant other doesn't always remember. I had many June birthdays in the group ,his in the summer too . Let's cut to the point, I paid a fee to transfer the money in either choice 1 or 2 , I selected it and then I can do it faster for another fee or free for 3 days before it posts on my account. I get an email giving me still after the fee 2 days if it even transfers . What's the problem 😕?

I didn't get charged extra . Advice is voluntary you unhelpful person . Not acceptable really.
