I bought 2 games on steam using Paypal (Debit card used) and I refunded them yesterday and it was approved, it was a one cart purchase so it separates (1,277 PHP in total). On the app where my debit card is, it says I received the money (1277 PHP) but when I looked at the transaction history, only 730 PHP is refunded and 547 PHP got taken away AGAIN from my card and when I looked at the app, the 547 PHP refund is the one that is completed while the 730 PHP refund is still "bank processing, to complete by feb 29". Is this normal or this something I have to be worried about??
