Where is my refund?

So I cancelled an item I ordered from Argos on the 23rd November for £89.99 and PayPal is showing that the refund was completed later that day. It is now 10 days later and I still have not received the refund. I have contacted my bank and they have seen no money pending and there is no help option on the transaction on PayPal. The question is where is my money?
