I have tried to recieve money and everytime it says the same: Your account is not supported for this action. I live in Colombia and I have made payments to other people before.
I sent an invoice to my wife and the payment was received (I got a confirmation from my bank and right after was declined). She tried with the no paypal account option.
Then I sent her a request for money. She created her Paypal account but she got a message saying we are sorry but could complete your payment at this moment, try later, or something like that.
Then she entered the Paypal.me option, and tried to send me money, same message: Your account is not supported for this action.
As I said, I have done payments to other accounts. Could be because of my country?
If that´s the case, would I be able to recieve payments from Spain, for example? I´m going to sell online courses to Spain and I need to be able to recieve payments from there.
Thanks in advance for any solution or reason to this.

Welcome back! Sorry for the confusion here. I'd be happy to clarify. Business accounts can receive payments from Personal accounts, they just cannot receive Personal payments.
We offer two different kinds of accounts, but there are also two different kinds of payments. Where available, both accounts can send Friends and Family (Personal) payments, as well as Goods and Services payments.
Business accounts can only receive Goods and Services payments, whereas Personal accounts can receive both Friends and Family and Goods and Services payments. Both accounts should be able to send both types of payments - where available.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving money to your account. Is the payment being sent as a personal payment? If so, unfortunately Business accounts can no longer receive personal payments. Also, I wasn't able to confirm that you are able to send or receive personal payments in Columbia. However, you should be able to receive payments for Goods or Services from Spain and other eligible countries as well. Why if I have a business account I can´t receive payments from a personal account? Why is that, I don´t get it. My students don´t have business account, so what´s the point in having a business account?
In the Paypal chat they didn´t say nothing about that, they said I would be able to recieve payments from Spain to Colombia but didn´t sat nothing about receiving money from personal accounts, would in that case be able to recieve from personal? Or that is not possible?
If that´s so, that´s completely absurd, let me tell you.
If I have a personal account, can I recieve money from another personal account?

No bother at all. Whether a transaction has Purchase Protection is about the transaction type, not the account type. Goods and Services transactions offer Buyer and Seller Protection, Friends and Family transactions do not. You can read more here: Does PayPal cover my purchase if there's a problem?
