I want to know if there could be a problem for me if my friend sends me money from his business paypal account (in Morocco) to my account here (in Germany). The amount is about 1k euros. My question is about possible issues in holding the transaction. Also, I am asking if I get the amount, can I transfer it to my local bank here (in Germany) using IBAN?
