Problem with receiving money on a 2 year old account

Whenewer someone tries to send me money on PayPal it fails and its says "We couldnt complete your transaction" and I know my account is the problem because multiple accounts tried to send me money and its always the same.

You need to add a credit visa and confirm it to your paypal account to receive funds OR a US bank account.

However that U.S bank account must be one opened in the U.S and not a digital/virtual one or a USD currency account.

You need to add the credit visa to allow for the auto-withdrawal of funds in your country.

@kernowlass Does it have to be a credit card or would a debit card do the trick? also, i added a debit card and the the payment still wouldn't go through. i tried sending an invoice and it worked but it says it's under review?
