Good afternoon I'm having trouble getting funds from Fiverr Freelance Exchange. I linked the card to my account (Alfa-Bank). When I try to receive a payment on the fiverr platform, the payment is rejected. I wrote to fiverr support, they told me that no problems were found on their part. The problem seems to be from PayPal. I want you to help me figure out what the problem is. Are there any restrictions on my account? There was a problem with receiving money.
The option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Belarus. You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.
Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer. There are quite a few countries unable to receive Paypal payments.
