Problem with holding money

Hi, have someone else problem with holding money ?
It shows me, my payments will be hold for 21 days, and for earler get my money i need update my order status, but there is just option to "Add tracking data"... but thats donation money from my stream... and to get my future funds i have to fulfill ridiculous conditions like
- Receive €144,34 EUR from sales
- Have no disputes for 48 more days
....pls, can someone help me how to get my money.. i dont sell anything, like i said, all money are from my stream as donations..

Whenever you receive the payment via goods/services you’ll have access to your pending payment after a maximum of 21 days, to ensure a safer and more secure environment. If you do not sell or provide any service then you will have to wait for given period of time. @Anes1111 I understand your concern about the frozen account and I know how important it is to have your account running smoothly. Please check your Resolution Center to see if you have received any notifications about your account status. When we place a limitation, an email is sent to explain the reason for the limitation and what needs to be done to resolve the problem. In most cases, you can find options to resolve the limitation in the Resolution Center. If you need any help, you may reach out to our customer support team through the available contact options on our website for further assistance. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
