Problem with credit card charges on PayPal

Hi, ok, I didn't know that. I actually thought that my location was in Germany. Here is my question again in English: Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me with my problem. I'll try to describe it as accurately as possible. I made several purchases yesterday evening and paid via PayPal. A few hours later I canceled two of these orders. I had PayPal deduct the payments from my credit card. This morning when I got up I received my first refund from PayPal confirmed by email. Like every day, I check my credit card account and see if everything is OK. Lo and behold, there are around €200 less on it than before (even though the credit card had already been charged by PayPal that night.) This afternoon I received the second repayment from PayPal confirmed. Shortly afterwards something was debited from the credit card again. Approximately this refunded amount again. Strangely enough, only the balance on the credit card went further into the red. Bookings are not recorded in the credit card account. So I called my bank and asked what was going on. These were unable to detect any abusive activities or double debits. Then spoke to PayPal. There it was explained to me that everything was fine and nothing had been charged twice. Since I've already read a few posts where something was billed twice, I wanted to ask if anyone has ever had a similar situation. Of course the whole thing sounds super strange that my credit card was charged for a repayment, but I can't explain how my credit card was otherwise charged. After all, this is exactly what happened after these refunds. Maybe someone has had a similar problem and has a solution. Maybe it's just an IT error and the negative balance on the credit card disappears after a few business days have passed. Thanks for the help! Greetings Niklas

The problem is solved. I contacted my bank again and went through each transaction with them. It's just a display error in my credit card account
