Last week I was able to send money to my daughter through friends and family option, this week I am unable to send money to her again using the the friends and family option. The option does not come up when I try to send money. Why is this option removed from our accounts? I tried sending money to another of my daughter, I encountered thesame problem. My daughters are in the US and have personal accounts, I also have a personal account.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to see "Friends and Family" option when trying to send payments. It could be possible you are facing technical issue and request you to please try to clear your cache and cookies or try using different browser to see if it works.
