Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
Advice is voluntary.

This is not currently working. There is nowhere to access our recurring payments. There seems to be a bug on the website. The suggested sellers are not ones I currently use, much less have any recurring payments or subscriptions with.
There should be a list of both active and inactive subscriptions but as you can see, it's missing.
This is all we are currently seeing.

They had no idea what I was talking about - just kept saying they didn't understand what I was saying. I thought that, "I cannot access my recurring payments because there is a fault on the website" was very clear! I gave up in the end. Absolutely useless CS.

I suggest you to try some troubleshooting steps like clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device. It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
- I used Pay in 3, and the full amount taken for first payment. in Transactions
- Scammed through friends and family payment in Security and Fraud
- Scammed by a “buyer” and paypal sided with them. in Reporting
- Unauthorised payments to my bank account but not from my PayPal account in Security and Fraud
- "You can only get verified via your payment method providers platform ( not on neevo)." in Managing Account
