Pending payment

Hello!

 

Facing this odd probleem here. Subscribed to Spotify Premium through PayPal and the payment is pending. (Did not know about it at first as I noticed that Premium did not get activated and the Spotify Support said that they did not even receive the payment, though it got charged from my bank account). So, as dumb as I was, i tried again. Same issue. Now I have two pending payments of 6.99€ which Id rather get refunded to me, but the PayPal support doesnt work for me. Funniest part is that the payments are not even showing up in the transaction history. Hope anyone could help me out. Thank you in advance!

I understand the concern about the pending payment on card/bank account and payment not reflecting on your PayPal account. I know this can be very frustrating. If the charge is reflecting on your card/bank activity but not on your PayPal account, it may be possible that the payment was completed using 'Guest Checkout. This just means that you may have typed in your card/bank details through PayPal but did not log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment. You would also receive an email confirmation from PayPal to the email address used at checkout. If the charge on your financial account has "PayPal" next to the charge, it was done within our platform. You can also reach out to the merchant for confirmation of the payment. Since you have been charged twice, you can request for a refund. If the merchant refuses to issue a refund, please reach out to our customer support team so that our representative can help you accordingly.
