Paypal transactions problem

I used a Visa debit card from my original country (Vietnam) and to buy a football ticket . The payment didnt go through but PAYPAL held my money 3 times , what should i do now ?

What does it say on the transaction in your paypal account?

It doesnt show anything on paypal , i just only received few notifications on my banking app that Paypal held my money 3 times the transactions

So if the transaction does not show at all on your paypal account but is pending in your bank account then hopefully the pending status should drop off after a few days. If not contact your bank and request that they release the pending payments.
