Paypal received the money from the bank but did not credit it to the account

I sent money to my Paypal account, but the money is not in my Paypal account. I contacted my bank, I have a confirmation that the money was sent and that the money came to Paypal (it will be almost 2 months now). I tried communicating via "PayPal Assiststant", but the answer is still the same "no Customer Support Agents are available".

I have been trying to contact someone at PayPal to resolve this issue but to no avail. Please help me, I need to get a contact - preferably an email (because I'm not good at English). Thank you.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Hello,
no I did not received the money. The only answer from PayPal was general manual: "How to contact PayPal". I am resigned to not seeing the money again.

Hello @Bobes1 and @ennapee390

Welcome back to the PayPal Community!

I'm sorry to hear that the money sent from your banks never reached your PayPal accounts. If the transfers were initiated through your bank, we wouldn't have the option to trace the payment. The bank would have to trace it. I recommend asking them to obtain the PayPal transaction ID associated with the transfer and then reach out to Customer Support with that number. You can find the different Customer Support options on our Help Center here.

I hope you receive the transfer!
