Last July 24, I transferred money from my PayPal Balance to my BPI bank accounts (I'm from PH). I haven't received anything until now. PayPal traced the transaction and gave me the trace number but still BPI couldn't find any transaction. No floating transactions on their end. I have been back and forth with PayPal and BPI (local bank) for a while now. The transaction was completed on July 28 as per PayPal, but when they conducted the trace it was received by my bank on July 25. They can't even explain why it was completed on July 28 but they are saying it was received on July 25. I'm not sure what to do now, that's my hard-earned money. Given that I lived in a third-world country, every penny counts and it's really devastating that I need to beg and beg for my OWN money, but still, the answer is no. Why PayPal?
