Payment with business account only with credit why?

Hello, I have a problem with my business account. I've had it for about 4 weeks and can't make any payments only if there's a credit on the account! Why is that? With my private account I don't need any credit. And yes, the account is already connected to the bank account!

Welcome to our community forum and thanks for posting here!

Sorry to hear that you're facing issues using your PayPal account to make payments. You don't need to have a balance to make the payments, we can simply debit the money from your bank account or card when you initiate the transaction.
 

Have you confirmed your bank in your PayPal account? If not, please confirm your bank account first to initiate the transactions using your bank. More information can be found in our help center article.
