Payment stuck on pending

I sent somebody money and the payment is on pending for them? Its been over 24 hours and they still cant acess the money i sent them. How do I fix this they need the money asap

Countries / currencies.

Account types for both.

Which payment option did you use to send the funds?

How did you fund the paypal payment?

Is there a clearance date?

Is it pending on their paypal account or both accounts?

I have the same problem except I am the seller. There is nowhere I can accept the pending payment. Does the buyer (who has received the goods) have to do something at their end?
