Hi, I have a payment on hold and the item has been delivered and i used the delievery service hat you asked me to use but tacking on it seems to have messed up and my money does not seem to be releasing . Tracking to show it's been delivered [removed] The person i sold the item to has even confirmed he has recieved the item to me, but it's been saying the money be released in 7 days since the 6/12.
If the buyer confirmed receipt through the PayPal transaction, it should be released. Maybe PayPal determined it was high risk so they want you to wait 21 days.
