Payment failure

Last one year i am not able to made any payment through the pay. its just saying the error "your bank need more information. When i went to bank they said they don't have any issue. PayPal side just only automatic message no response at all

Sorry to hear about the payment issues you're having with your PayPal account. It sounds like the issue is related to our linked bank account. Have you confirmed your bank account in your PayPal account? If not, please try to confirm your financials before initiating the transactions. 

 

You can also try to complete the payments using different payment methods. If the issue persists, please reach out to our team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page or send us a message through our Twitter(@AskPayPal) and Facebook page to get this checked further.
