PayPal reduced my withdrawal limit

I’ve been using PayPal as a business for YEARS. My withdrawal limit was set around 7.000$ monthly - THIS was the funds amount I’ve could transfer to my bank account every month. Never got a dispute, a chargeback, my government files are perfect, same as my reputation. I’ve asked them to rise my limit so I could sell even more, with my business growth. And guess what? Instead of rising the value, they DECREASED the 7.000$ value, allowing me to transfer only 300$ monthly to my bank account, and this literally BROKE my business. PayPal was the ONLY method I’ve used so far, and it was perfect until they decide to end it all. Some things to considerate: 1) YES I’ve called on the contact number phone. I’ve complained on every single platform, and also hired a lawyer to see this through. After days of unsuccessfully phone calls, they’ve sent an email for us telling “it is what it is”. That this reduction “was based on my business income” but my income is literally ENORMOUS, it makes no sense. 2) My products usually takes a whole year to get done. They’re LUXURY items. We’ve never even REFUNDED anyone, except for the platform errors, in which we needed to resend the invoice again. Never had ANY problems, with anyone, in whole solid 5 years!! 3) I’ve read today (right here in this community) that they don’t just “reduce the monthly immediately transfers” out of nowhere. Not even if you stop selling. Not even if your business is closing. Why is mine reduced?! Is this even legal? Basically, I’m stuck in this russian roulette where my business where making 5.000$ to 7.000$ a month and now I cannot receive this money anymore. After so many years working with PayPal, this was the last drop. Don’t know if there’s a solution. Probably not. Anyway, that’s it.
