I have had three vendors lately where PayPal starts a transaction, gets part way through then just stops. No error message, just drops the ball. Nothing happens. 3 times with one vendor. This time it has me review terms and then pressing the continue button has me setting up a PayPal account. Never completes the checkout. The service is becoming useless too me with all the additional time spent trying to fix the given situation, trying to contact PayPal and then ultimate paying by a way of using my credit card as if I didn't have PayPal set up to do that.
